EP 0 - What is the TCD Gaming Outpost Podcast?

Welcome to the Gaming Outpost podcast. What is the Gaming Outpost podcast about? Well, I hang out with friends and talk with them about what they're doing in digital ministry.

Now, most of them are streamers on Twitch. They're streaming on a gaming platform, but they're intentionally sharing their faith. They do it in various different ways. They've been called by God in various different ways to the space. They have different missions. They have different approaches, and I want to explore all the different ways that God is using people in digital spaces to reach people that are far away from him that often will not walk through the doors of a church for various different reasons.

So this is just an introduction to that to let you know what the podcast is all about. I'm going to encourage you, by the way, as I do, listen at it at double speed or higher once you're able to do that so that you can consume a whole lot more and learn a whole lot more along the way about what people are doing in the space.

And if you're one of those that likes it when it comes out on the weekly, then stay tuned. And we're going to try to do this almost every week. And I'm pretty soon I'm going to run out of friends and I'm going to have to make more.
