As ministers and followers of Christ, one of our primary responsibilities is to guide and lead others to Christ. However, effective leadership goes beyond delivering sermons and Bible studies. It means to continue train and equip people to take next steps in their faith and to grow as leaders.
The great news about this is that today’s world is increasingly digital. We have access to so many tools and resources that can help us grow in our leadership training and faith. They are right at the tip of our fingers. Using digital and online tools can help equip us and others at our Church or in our ministries with the necessary skills and insights necessary to follow Christ more and effectively inspire growth in our faith in our local and online communities.
