Our world needs healthy churches and ministries.
Pastor-to-pastor groups for the support, accountability, and clarity that pastoral ministry requires.
The need
Many pastoral leaders have no place where they can be themselves without worry. A place where they don’t have to be everything for everyone.
Without a place to share the pressure of ministry, unrealistic expectations from others (or even ourselves) can lead to burnout, isolation, and unhealthy patterns.
The results
Pastoral leaders find a place of encouragement and inspiration from peers who know what it’s like to be a pastoral leader.
Pastoral leaders report:
- A drop in feeling isolated and alone
- Reduced levels of stress
- Greater ability to stop recurring unhealthy patterns
- Better decision-making in their churches
- Improved health of ministry teams
